These questions and a bunch of different important questions may always knock your mind on. And you are questioning yourself, where to start a scheduled routine on fitness? What to do or how to continue? Even the place for your daily exercise might be challenging and create obstacles ahead of your fitness plan.

In such situations, what to do and how to start, if you have already started, how to continue the exercise with all your passion cause you need fitness the same as you do need water and oxygen for your living.


After all, you love you body and cannot just go with a passive living.

Fitness turns the real you into the living. All the true power of a human comes to function. Your mental capacity grows, your feelings get the real connection with your mind and heart. Along with your health growth, believing in yourself for the best of your performance increases.

But practically, I do not have time to exercise, I do not have a clear and enough space/place to do my daily fitness routine, or I do not have money and cannot afford the equipment and normal healthy food for my daily diet.

The answer to all these questions and dozens of other hidden questions is you do not need all these for starting and keeping up your fitness program.



All you need is your decision, your belief in your power, your love and respect to yourself. The second step comes your fitness plan. Luckily, if you have already started, you keep the courage and stamina for continuing that.


The least places where you can start and continue your exercise          
·            Just two/three square meters in front of a window in your room
·            A little place in a corridor/ hall
·            Any place in your yard

If you can’t make it in your house then can join the following safe places
·            The front space of your house
·            Any place in a park
·            Any safe place near by a local road

The above listed places are only for those who have no places for exercise or they have the least chances to get to an open space for some reasons.

In general, everyone has got enough space in the house or somewhere outside for a normal 30 – 40 minutes exercise daily.

In case of some excuses, we listed above the least spaces to implement your exercise.
Yet we all believe that there are enough places with the chances, opportunities and accessories to start our daily exercise and keep it up.

You always need a starting point in any career, field, or business in this world. No matter if you have fallen on the ground many times. Even those failures are great lessons learned for every single one of us. Undoubtedly, keep it in mind, every single human in this world has gone through failures.

The daily little failures and the huge troublesome failures, and here comes the sparkle of life….. Never submit to failures, never say I am done, never say I cannot continue, never say I am unable.


Keep your energy up, envision your life and goals. It means make the imaginations of your life in any aspect of your performance that you love. Create the picture of your success and wishes in your mind.

The exercise most definitely gives you the power and tools to step on your way to the success. It is quite natural that we human don’t believe ideas and imaginations till we achieve them. Don’t worry it is happening to everyone. You have to keep your imaginations alive and strong. The fact behind those achievements and success is the human imagination. Your imagination in mind and acting upon your plans daily is the best of your life. You get this ease only through fitness.


The logic of how fitness builds the way to your success and goals is that the fitness wakes your body up and it creates the new and active shape of you and that leads to happiness, success and achieving your goals.

Simply by making 30 minutes of your time for exercise, it will shape you into a champion and a confident hero of your life.

Preferably, two different timing is chosen in general; the early morning, which is called the golden time for the reason of clean and purified air, and the late evening, but you better choose one.


Each of these times are great because there is no heat of the sun, and you body can easily maintain a normal energy for some better movements.

A normal 30 – 40 minutes exercise schedule

Breathing in and out (inhale and exhale) is the key during each movement for your growth

ü  Smooth jogging 5 – 10 minutes
ü  Smoothly stretching neck, shoulders, wrist 10 minutes
ü  Dips 15, and leg squads 15, only your body weight – 10 minutes
ü  Legs stretching and again wrist stretching 5 minutes
ü  A couple of deep breathings is the finishing point of your exercise
